Here at the Newport Inn we take our pizza seriously, We employ a 72 hour cold ferment using the famous Biga starter. This means the pizza remains crispy on the base and full of flavour. This also means our pizza travels well & reheats easily at home without affecting the flavour.

Gluten free bases are available.

Vegan cheese is available to swap out.
